'Draft Biden' committee chief blabs in phone call that 'Joe is in!' – and train's entire cafe car hears him!
The man in charge of laying the financial groundwork for a potential presidential run by View President Joe Biden is '100 per cent sure that Joe is in,' according to a passenger who overheard one of his phone calls on Wednesday.
Josh Alcorn raised $1.2 million in 2013 for a possible run for Delaware governor by the late Beau Biden, who succumbed to brain cancer this year.
Now he's doing the same thing for the elder Biden, working the phones to line up contributions as the maybe-candidate assesses his options.
Alcorn was on an Amtrak train from New York City to Wilmington, Delaware on Wednesday, according to a fellow passenger who spoke with National Review Online. He was talking loudly enough in the train's dining car for everyone around him to hear.

Bad news in that Joe will be tougher to face than Hillary, but good news IMO in that Joe will be easier to face than Elizabeth.

If I’m not mistaken, this Josh Alcorn is the same one that was in a learn to skate ice hockey program when I was coaching and teaching. And if I recall correctly, his dad died at a young age of a brain tumor.
