OMG, that was exactly my thought too! And it is not just a conspiracy theory. Think about it. The Iranians win so much out of that deal economically, that letting the hostages go in return is nothing to them. All Obama had to do was to ask for the hostages as part of the deal, and they would have done it. He didn’t.
The GOPe now can “win” the hostages and act like Rambo, meanwhile Iran and Obama, and the GOPe can celebrate behind the scene the gullibility of the American public.
