This would explain the U.S. leadership reluctance to really go after ISIS, the altered intelligence reports (came out yesterday), validates what 50 High Intel chiefs recently said about the Administration war with ISIS and now we know all those U.S. weapon purposely fell into the butchers, ISIS, hands. What you are describing is more than likely the method of payment Hillary/Obama came up with for ISIS to do their dirty work.

Always thought it was weird that ISIS regulars cover their faces. Why hide ? It gives the impression they are hiding something. And apparently that something is the fact that many are not Arabs. They are from Caucasus, Turkey And slimy Euro trash.
ISIS was the DC/Euro Cartels replacement for Saddam. They love dictators and terrorists. It is the only option available when you loath and distrust your own military.
