Wall Street is growing increasingly terrified that Donald Trump once viewed as an amusing summertime distraction could actually win the Republican nomination for president. The real estate billionaire, who took another populist shot on Sunday by ripping into lavish executive pay, continues to rise in the polls. Would-be Wall Street saviors like Jeb Bush are languishing in single digits. The belief that Trump's candidacy would quickly fade is now evaporating in a wave of fear.

They want that.
They loved the last round of Bolsheviks.
Oh, c’mon.
There has to be some folks you want to vote against - state reps and senators, school boards, dog catchers?
I still say billionaire carnival barker.
And, if it were not for the treachery of the GOP-E, he’d just be part of the freak show.
It’s what the GOPe expects you to do as folks have the last two elections - stay home. I will this time too if a Uniparty jerk is nominated.
But they will never, ever craw back to us apologizing.
Do not worry. We still have the 1st amendment. You will not be arrested for spouting stupid comments.
I hope trumps security detail is well paid........His worst threat is from the SS detail he has been assigned.
Yep, Hillary is the choice of Wall Street corrupt billionaires... they love her 'foundation' ploys... and the whole 'selling access' to thugs thing she and Bill do... That IS so sweet to them... and their types.
I voted for Dole.
I voted for McCain.
I voted for Romney.
Yet here we are. Nope, not gonna play their game again.
At this point quickest way out if forward through the swamp, not turning back.
If Liz Warren gets into the White Hut and begins to work her magic, believe me, Wall Street WILL come crawling and begging for our votes. All of their money is powerless without voters.
That’s just too good!!!! I’d put a diagonal line through Obama’s and then use the whole thing as a bumper sticker. Really, really clever. Did you create this or is it from another source?
Not original to me...

DJI up 193 points right now. Oh yeah.... looks like they’re about to panic.
Thanks, for the source.
I stood in line for 2 hours to vote for Romney. I am definitely not doing that again!
That's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back.
If we get out of September 15 without an asteroid hit, jewish calendar event, blood moon destroying the earth, Jade Helm take over, racial riot, second coming of Christ, or some other apocalyptic event.... DJI may go to 19k :)
Which is why he is so popular.
On the dems, the situation is the same with Sanders. He isn't for Wall Street, he is against them. He is jumping on a huge issue (student debt) that no one wants to touch, and is attacking some of the issues that used be be handled by the Republicans (monopolies, trusts, and such).
Sanders is also on the outside of the belt way.
I honestly don't expect either one to be the nominee. If this goes far enough, one or both of them will be killed. Both Trump and Sanders are the gravest threat to the Beltway types in the last 20 years. That includes “terrorism” (anti terror was a great growth industry).
Yeah, they’d love that.
Here's a snippet that caught my attention:
Most people in the New York business community dont really like to speak publicly about politicians and especially not Trump, because he will just jump ugly all over them, said Kathryn Wylde, president and CEO of the New York City Partnership, a group that includes many of the citys top business leaders.
Trump has never really been part of the New York City business community or particularly engaged with the real estate community. Theres certainly no close set of relations there. Hes really a lone wolf. And a lot of these people thought Jeb Bush was a shoo-in and they are upset now because they have already thrown in with him and he is looking a little wilted.
