Unless the school had some knowledgeable adult there to counter what this long-time, far left, veteran politician said, they should not have allowed him to speak to the kids. Otherwise, he could easily sway or influence some of them. He’s clearly out of his mind, but he speaks articulately and would probably come across to many kids as credible. Many young people are naive, impressionable, and fairly easily manipulated.

I agree. They should have had Ted Cruz, Matt Staver or someone equally adept "for the rebuttal", like broadcasters do after the State of the Union speech.
