The US Department of Justice has seized control of Sharebeast, the popular music-file-sharing website.

Sharebeast.com was the largest illegal file-sharing site for music operating within the US, according to the RIAA.

I’d argue it was Napster. But that phenom did force some changesto the music distribution model that dominated for decades.

Me either. Downloading music illegally is stupid now that you can hear practically every song ever recorded for under $10 a month.

Never heard of that site..wouldn’t bother downloading music from these file sharing sites, its a virus waiting to happen..besides, really, what is worth illegally downloading these days

Neither have I heard about it. I just go to google for my music and download the video with the music using Video DownloadHelper. It is an add-on that I use for Firefox.
