issuing marriage licenses to sodomites in KY is a violation of the Constitution of the commonwealth of Kentucky.

Kim was right to deny them, she simply didn't seem to know that it was against the law.

That's what happens why we put, into office, buffons who take an oath to something they don't read.

I agree with you.

Kim Davis, other than invoking her religious right, should also emphasize the law of Kentucky.

She would be on firm ground had she stood by that and it would be greater fodder for debate about the 10th amendment and states rights and of course, the power given to the judiciary by our constitution.
