Handling of classified information, marked or not, in unauthorized locations is criminal no matter who or where. Anyone and every one of them should be in jail, or at least charged, or they have no business going after anyone else.

Exactly. There is no conceivable way classified information wad “accidentally” or unintentionally sent to her private email. Someone, or more likely several someones deliberately and knowingly circumvented security procedures to get that information out into the wild. All of them, including hillary ought to be doing long stretches at levinworth, or stood up in front of a firing squad for treason.

They question should be WHO put it on a thumb drive and then onto another computer to mail it to her
If her server was 1 million times more secure than the government’s servers, it was still a breach of security protocol, and a violation of government policy.
She deserves the penalty for having done this.
