“In my neighborhood? No.”
I’ll press the point and say it shouldn’t happen in any neighborhood. I am a supporter of police and the rule of law. But we can’t have them slamming people down to the ground if they feel like it. A police state is a bad thing.
Presumption of innocence is a priceless concept in our nation, I don’t think we’d better go down that road.
A priceless concept upheld by both sides in the equation. That’s not just the law, it’s logic.
