I know Joe is Slow, but at some point he’s gonna start bumping up against primary entry deadlines.
IMHO the real suspense that he has already missed is building his campaign teams. Even if he started last month the only “available” talent is either third or fourth string - Hillary has all the rest. And, they can.t abandon Hillary until she is officially out of the race. The longer Hillary hangs on the weaker Biden’s campaign staff is going to be.
