The scandal surrounding US intelligence reports on ISIS just hit President Barack Obama's inner circle.
James Clapper, America's top spy, is reportedly in "frequent and unusual contact" with the military officer who is suspected of allowing US reports on ISIS to be altered to fit the administration's official line, Spencer Ackerman at The Guardian reports.
"In communications, Clapper, who is far more senior than Grove, is said to tell Grove how the war looks from his vantage point, and question Grove about Central Command’s assessments," Ackerman writes.
"Such a situation could place inherent pressure on a subordinate, sources said."
Clapper, the director of national intelligence, reportedly talks to Army Brig. Gen. Steven Grove, the head of US Central Command's intelligence wing, almost every day, according to The Guardian.
A former intelligence official told the newspaper that this was "highly unusual."
This report comes amid a Pentagon investigation into accusations that top military officials have pressured analysts into conforming their reports to the Obama administration's narrative of the fight against ISIS (also known as Islamic State, ISIL, and Daesh).

We already have a major catastrophe there and spreading to Europe because of Obama, people just don’t understand the gravity of it because the media doesn’t report reality to them.
We are seeing a global breakdown on a massive scale, including the disintegration of the Mideast, spread of a deadly evil enemy, destabilization of Europe via mass immigration, and now major Russian military intervention in Syria.
All unexplained to the American people. And just imagine what ISIS will do here.

The common thread is called communism in action.

If Obama isn’t the AntiChrist he’s setting up a hell of a spike for him.
This goes up to Obama, Clapper has already proven to be a liar and he wasn’t canned three years ago for “unwittingly spying on Americans” Obama doesn’t want the truth and he knowing put Clap trap in the position he is in so as not to give it to him.
Everything in this mis-administration is cooked. Lies are truth. Lawlessness reigns. Patriots are few and far between.
No...seriously. There is a new scandal with this group every day and not one thing is being done...and not ONE THING WILL be done.
It's going to take a absolute financial meltdown or terror of an unknown level (IOW-God's judgment) before the people in this country wake up and give a rat's you know what.
Frankly...I'm tired of being frustrated...and short of the country waking up because God shook it...it's pointless.

You can say that again! I started saying years ago that if you speak what used to be considered obvious truth, as incontrovertible as the sunrise, you will be called a liar or a fool but if you speak the same kind of madness that would have gotten you locked up in a mental institution in the fifties you can be elected to high office. I see some signs of change and I hope that the amazing rise of Donald Trump represents a turnaround, like him or not, he is real, he does the exact opposite of traditional politicians who would rather be shot than say what they really mean.
There are only two ways to view the way things have been going in recent years, either our current leaders are out of their minds or every single one who preceded them was nuts. Just one item sums up the change, Barack Obama started out seeking the presidency and saying that marriage is only between a man and a woman, now he has reversed that position and we have had a county clerk LOCKED UP IN JAIL for refusing to issue marriage licenses to same sex couples!
What a change in well under one decade! A “womanless wedding” used to be a popular comedy routine, now it is required by law!

Obama was a blank canvas and people painted on him what they wanted to see. The press made sure that it stayed that way. Obama is a profoundly wicked man and there is not one smidgen of truth in him so his beliefs can ‘evolve’ to fit whatever he desires to do. Those who support him are still blinded by their own artwork or are just plain wicked themselves.
Isn’t Clapper a converted Muslim? Serious question.
