Seriously? Yawn! Wake me when they issue some indictments and send some US Marshals out. Looks like I’ll get a long nap.

Since it’s CNN I don’t believe their hypothetical.

The IRS will want these forms no later than November 15, 2016.

Oh, good. Looking forward to another round of:

I didn’t do it...
Everything I did was allowed, and, besides, everybody else does it, too...
There was nothing illegal about what I did...
What difference, at this point, does it make?
This is just a diversion to try to derail my campaign...
Ok, although what I did was permitted, I didn’t know it was illegal at the time...
I wasn’t thinking and was real busy. Plus, I had a bad headache...
I’ve instructed my ‘people’ to cooperate fully and promptly..
Although I have no reason to apologize, I’ll issue an insincere apology anyway...
I made a mistake. It was a poor decision. I take full responsibility...

Now, leave me alone so that I can save the country from Republican terrorists!

What humanitarian activities has the Clinton Foundation funded?

If the Foundation had been effective in helping people throughout the hundreds of devastated areas of the world - Clinton would have fed the media stories of all the wonderful work.

Nothing to report!!!

Just raking in the bucks for Bill, Hill and Chelsea.

We do not know what kind of relationship the foundation has with the IRS, but it was Reuters, a foreign news organization, that found the problems with past years’ 990s.

If a thousand people stood outside the IRS with proof the Clinton Foundation was cooking the books, the IRS would tape newspapers over the windows so no one could see... Corrupt liberal elites cover for each other...

The Clinton Foundation slush fund may get her jail time and probably nothing else will.

An important lesson from the Lewinski affair: The Clintons have the “dirt” on all the top dogs in Washington.

(from the article):" In other words, “Oops, you caught us cooking the books; sorry about that.”

The Rule of the Clinton Foundation seems to be ..
" It is easier to seek forgiveness .. , than it is to get permission."
which is a philosophy from the '70's !!
Hildabeast is still locked in a TIME WARP " of the 70's !!

The Clinton Foundation’s revised 990s should provide details about the exact amount of funds that foreign governments contributed to the foundation while Mrs. Clinton was secretary of state. Amazingly, this information about the breakdown of foreign-government funding was omitted from the 990s for the three years in question.
Article 1 Section 9:
No title of nobility shall be granted by the United States: and no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state.
"person holding any office of profit or trust under [the United States] would seem to include the Secretary of State.

"of any kind whatever” would seem to include payments to the husband of the Secretary of State and gifts to a “charity” over which the Secretary of State has control. Any control.

The Clinton Foundation Initially “Suggested That The $31.3 Million Contribution Listed On Its Tax Return Did Not Come From A Single Donor,” Then Said “It Came From A Single Source, But Declined To Identify It.”

The $31.3 million donation, which was previously undisclosed, came from the Radcliffe Foundation run by Frank Giustra, a Canadian mining entrepreneur, who has made millions financing mining deals around the world. Mr. Giustra has become a member of Mr. Clinton’s inner circle, joining him on global trips and lending him the use of his private MD-87 jet.

For weeks, Clinton Foundation officials had suggested that the $31.3 million contribution listed on its tax return did not come from a single donor. They then said it came from a single source, but declined to identify it. Wednesday afternoon, a representative of Mr. Giustra contacted The Times and acknowledged the Radcliffe contribution.

(SOURCE: Don Van Natta Jr., Joe Becker and Mike McIntire, “In Charity And Politics, Clinton Donors Overlap,” The New York Times, 12/20/07)

ADDENDUM: The IRS has observed that the biggest money-laundering fraud is one foundation writing a check to another foundation-—the MO to skim off tax-free monies for themselves.

The recipient takes a cut then deposits the bulk of the donation in a secret account for the donor’s use later.

THE IRS NEEDS TO CHECK THIS OUT: To the Clintons, a position on The Clinton Foundation Board of Trustees is a good way to reward donors, their cronies, children of donors, etc.

Now according to state and federal tax laws-—trustees are not merely figureheads. By law, trustees are fiduciaries and are supposed to be advised of, then expected to oversee and sign off on the allocation of all monies donated to the Foundation.

The IRS needs to see the minutes of the Clinton Foundation meetings to determine if the Clinton trustees complied w/ state and federal tax laws.

FREEPER 9THLIFE POSTED Banks are rigorous WRT drilling into their employees the why’s and wherefores of money laundering and terrorist banking activities.

EVERY transaction — especially by those who are politically connected — is subject to scrutiny.

There is no way — categorically N.O. way — in a Patriot-Act world that anyone could have pulled off what is alleged against the Clinton Foundation. Unless it was a Clinton, acting with the express complicity of some very high-ups at some very big banks.

As always, follow the money. Every suspect transaction will have a detailed report filled out and filed. If it involves international transfers and shady characters (think Friends of Bill) each and every issue would be escalated to senior management.

The reports themselves are required to be on file for 5 years. Discussion of such reports — even their existence — is strictly controlled and generally forbidden. Yet they remain on record.

It is conceivable that suspicious activity reports were passed on to govt agencies, such as OCC and whomever else has jurisdiction, and were buried there. But some bankers still know about them.

Unless they weren’t filed....and that itself is a crime under the applicable law.
