He is pretty influential in IA. He almost single handily derailed Romney’s 2008 IA campaign.

He is feeling his oats. That is what he is trying with Trump here.

And he's proud of that? I wish to heck that Romney would've won the nomination in 2008. Then we might have actually nominated someone who could have won in 2012.

He WAS influential for a short time in Iowa, from his gift drive time show on ‘blowtorch’ WHO radio in the absence of Terry Branstad.
Branstad is back, and Deace is now carried only on one small town Iowa radio station of which I am aware. He’s basically a blogger.

“He is pretty influential in IA.”
Not any more. Last time he had a prime time slot on WHO; the main 50,000 watt radio station here.
He is syndicated now and is heard more around the nation; but his voice isn’t heard here in Iowa nearly as it was last time.

He is pretty influential in IA. He almost single handily derailed Romneys 2008 IA campaign.Which gave us John McCain. Worst nominee ever.
