Im convinced that, after all is said and done, the GOP leadership will do the worst possible thing.
After the GOPE actions of the past decade I am very very confident you can count on that!!!!

As I understand law, once Sept. 17 passes is it not the case that the president will take the view that he is free to go forward, to lift sanctions, Senate GOP Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) said, rejecting the proposal. What? Does the Majority Leader come with closed captioning? Thats some of the worst gobblety-gook I have ever heard put forward.
If you can stand it, watch the Cspan2 replay about 2:00 pm EST to 2:15 pm EST from today.
You will see McConnell, Corker, Barbasso, Cornyn and Thune telegraph that they are ready to roll over for the Dem filibuster.
One of the most disgusting things I have ever seen.
Bastids all.

"Deem" it a Treaty. Fans of the Unaffordable Care Act will appreciate the irony. Just do it. Make America great again. 😝

Corker is a POS phony. He did McConnell bidding and deserves getting pillored. I hope he rots in hell along with boehner Obama McConnell and the rest of the traitors and corrupt reps in DC.

Exactly. The GOP that passed the Corker deal in the first place cant be counted on. They passed it precisely so they would be helpless to stop it right now.

Absolutely the right thing to do. This lawless President needs to be stopped in his tracks from abusing the office.

Obama did not comply with the Corker-Cardin bill. He DID NOT turn over all the information on the side deals within 5 days. IOW, again, Obama lied.
So, either the 60 never should have started ...or IMHO, better yet, the whole thing is null and void.
If they had any serious brass, that is exactly what the GOP leadership would do.
It is up to us to convince our own reps to FORCE the GOP leadership to do this on pain of their next election.
Do it, or we will elect people who will.
NO DEAL!

“Trump cant get in office soon enough.”
So what is Trump going to do follow the same path that Obama follow and circumvent Congress?
That is what you sound like you are suggesting.
Boener and Mitch have duped us over and over again.
They are the problem and must be fixed

US Congress is nearing the point where Caesar just sends them home; they are not needed anymore. They are his servants.

I’d like to see a thorough investigation of Boehner, McConnell, Corker, and all others who are pushing for this deal. I want to know how much dirty money has been flowing into their bank accounts. Then I want them in jail.

Even if Roskam's resolution passed the House, it's unlikely to pass the Senate where 42 Democrats support the Iran deal and could block the measure from a vote. What would the opposition do if they controlled the senate? What HAVE they done?
CHANGE THE MOTHERF***ING SENATE RULES.

The Uniparty is no longer fooling anyone.
We now all know what they are and who they are.
The Gobbler could stop this whole thing in it’s tracks, but he won’t because he’s a ball-less turkey...a capon? No. he’s a player in the Uniparty. Kentucky should be real proud of this POS.
