I went to the original article, and there’s no pics of this woman. Looks like they would have bothered to show the reader a picture of the person that’s the topic of the article.

The picture on top is the one of Dr Ben Carson. Perhaps the editor in Townhall.com didn't have no picture of Mrs Carson and neither did Michelle Malkin, but I did a image search in Bing and found quite a few of her together with her husband. I also found this one of herself
