Hollywood star Angelina Jolie today told the Houses of Parliament that ISIS is using rape as the 'centrepoint of their terror' as she warned of the destruction caused by sexual violence in conflict zones.
The actress and human rights activist spoke of the harrowing moment she met girls as young as seven who had been brutally raped in war zones.

Yeah, I think she’s wrong on this one. Rape, while certainly a vile and disgusting crime, just doesn’t quite have the same impact or permanent effects that decapitation does. IMHO.

Why are there always so many hateful comments on FR anymore? If it were your daughters being drug out of your home, sold, and raped several times a day, I would hope that you would be happy that someone as famous as Angelina was bringing attention to it. Yes the mass killings are worse, but at least she is doing something, whereas there are many others who could care less. She is doing good in the world, regardless of her political stance she should certainly be applauded for it.
