Europeans spent 1000 years trying to rid themselves of Jews. They succeeded, and replaced them with 20+ million Muslims.

I can't answer for all of the original Jews that left, but as the descendant of many of them I think it fair to say that their reaction would be along the lines of "And why, exactly, to you stupid bastards think that we'd want to return to your putrid, stinking cesspool of a continent.
