Two police officers fired gunshots at suspects who reportedly opened fire on them early Tuesday morning in southwest Houston.
No injuries were reported.
The shootout occurred about 3:30 a.m. at 6400 Hillcroft near Sands Point Drive, according to the Houston Police Department.
Police said preliminary information indicates shots were fired on the uniformed officers by people in a passing car. The officers returned fire. No one was wounded in the gunfire.
The suspects were caught and taken into custody.

You fire a gunshot for not doing its job.
He's not going to suspend elections. The plan is to set us up for an invasion in 2017 once he's safely out of blast range of any city on the target list. He does however need to disarm us by then... that's key to the plan since the Muzzies will need to do a ground invasion after the initial strikes.
He's getting desperate in his efforts to disarm us... time is running out for the proposed schedule. This sort of thing may help him build the Congressional support needed to do this final step.

The ‘people’ meet and express their objections. At the next meeting, those objections have been answered and solved. So no more problem, and proceed.
So I told my daughter who was fighting oil drilling on their beach to save some objections, or even give some false objections to get the project supporters to commit. Then bring up the real, problematic objection after the project plan was more finalized.
Time has long passed for that. There's no way he could take away even a fraction of the 300 million guns in America with just the one year he has left. Regardless of what laws got passed.

“How do you fire a gunshot?” First, someone in Human Resources sends the gunshot a series of warning letters. Then you have at least one supervisory hearing. Document everything. If the gunshot doesn’t change his/her ways, after documented warnings and perhaps some counseling/retraining, then it is permissible to fire the gunshot.
The gunshot should not be fired repeatedly, though, as repeated gunshot firings raise the situation to a whole new level, often involving crisis counselors and psychologists.
