I knew this story smelled of BS From the start..you can clearly see the child was staged in the water..looks too perfect..Hamas is known for doing the same thing..they will take dead children from other scenes and plant them in certain areas so when Israel bombs them, Hamas can say that Israel killed children(but those children were already dead)
