Bottom line, host Joe Scarborough said, is that if Supreme Court makes a decision, thats the law of land, right?
You have to go with it, Mr. Trump said. The decisions been made, and that is the law of the land.
She can take a pass and let somebody else in the office do it in terms of religious, so you know, its a very
tough situation, but we are a nation, as I said yesterday, were a nation of laws, he said. And I was talking about borders and I was talking about other things, but you know, it applies to this, also, and the Supreme Court has ruled."

Oh no she isn’t, a judge has already said he can; and what is more the county doesn’t matter because the neighboring ones all will.
And you’re cool with having to go to a neighboring county to get your carry permit, right?
I don’t take orders from anyone but my wife.
How much time do you spend here?
Amazing how many Freepers don’t even know their own history. It’s sort of why there IS an America.
We didnt see the Apostle Paul leading a political activist campaign concerning slavery.

The Apostle Paul was the epitome of a political activist. Time and time again we saw Paul use the system to advance Christianity. How do you think he got a free ride to Rome to preach there?
From Felix, to Festus, To Agrippa, to Caesar. Paul gamed the system and used the political resources he had to glorify God.
So this is not the “hill to die on”, right? It’s funny, I remember so many people on this site going ballistic because the GOP kept telling us, “give us a majority and we will do X, Y and Z,” and then when they got the majority and refused to do X, Y and Z, they kept telling us, “This isn’t the hill to die on.”
So my question is, what is the hill we are willing to die on? What are the principles that are so dear to us that we are willing to draw the line in the sand? Apparently, for many on this site, marriage isn’t it; abortion isn’t it; religious liberty isn’t it; property rights isn’t it. In fact, if I were to base my opinion on what I have seen here lately, it seems like the only “hill to die on” for a lot of people here is immigration. And they are willing to sacrifice everything else on the chance they MIGHT accomplish something on that front.
For those on this site that oppose this woman because gay marriage is “the law of the land”, and feel this is not the hill to die on - just remember that birthright citizenship is also the “law of the land” - should we just move on?
You remember Gone Salt?
He got the zot last week. There was much speculation that GS and ball were one and the same. They both had the same born on date.
+1.
If Donald Trump were running for president in 2015 - - - it’s time to move on.
Class of ‘98.
HOW - with your surrender monkey attitude - have you not been zotted before?
Oh. Silly me. Of course you remember Gone Salt.
He suggested you take personally sexual flying lessons.

I advise all frustrated conservatives to switch to Ted Cruz!
Excellent post!
These libs always judge shop for a lib district court judge to issue a declaration that something someone did or some law is unconstitutional then it is appealed to the circuit court where they pick a liberal court to hear it and then it is appealed to the Supreme Court. Under my proposal only the Supreme Court would be able to hear any part of the case. The opinion of the court would only be binding on the one State and not affect the laws of any other state. Any challenge to the constitutionality of any act of congress would only be heard by the Supreme Court and no lower court could hear it. Any decision on the constitutionality of a federal law would not be binding on any state. That should pretty much end the supreme court's dabbling in these esoteric constitutional challenges. Add to that a provision that a 3/4 majority of congress could overturn any opinion of the SCOTUS and that would probably return the court to the position it should have been in in the first place
Kim Davis is willing to go to jail for her convictions. Are you? What would you be willing to do to save the Republic or defend religious liberty?
I’m sure the corpse will rise again.
On second thought, am I talking to my wife right now?
Hi, stephenjohnbanker. :)
There are no hills. Trump is to gullible conservatives as Obama was to lofo leftists.
