Hey, wait a minute.
I thought only liberals had a license to practice civil disobedience.

Who said she must issue the license or resign?

I call upon every Believer, every Constitutionalist, every lover of liberty to stand with Kim Davis. Stop the persecution now.
What does that mean though? Ok, I sand with Kim. She’s still in jail.

I’m sorry to say this, but there is no longer any political solution to this abominable state we find ourselves.
Take that as you will.

Yes, but what is going to get her out of jail? The Federal judge can let her rot in jail if she doesn’t comply with his order. The is a prisoner of conscience.

I hope it helps as a catalyst to begin the secession process by sane states. I’m contacting my Texas Gov, Rep and AG before the week’s over.

Can anyone explain what Walker actually said?
"In the end, this is the balance that you gotta have to have in America, between the laws that are out there, but ultimately ensuring that the Constitution is upheld. I read that the Constitution is very clear that people have freedom of religion -- you have the freedom to practice religious beliefs out there, it's a fundamental right."

All they had to do was fire her...not throw her in jail.

I think we found our woman for the new currency!
...well in a sane world anyway.

Bobby’s position opens up our government for Muslims to only enforce sharia-compliant laws—not acceptable.
To: BlatherNaut
"While three candidates have publicly supported Davis' right to only provide marriage licenses for man-woman couples, three others have said she must do so or resign." She is not issuing any marriage licenses. The Supreme Court ruling rendered all Kentucky marriage license laws null and void. Ergo she has no authority to issue a license. So she's not issuing any licenses.

They can't fire her. She was elected. Christian for 239 years have had a right to live by their conscious in America. SCOTUS illegally redefined marriage so now Christians can't live by their conscious at work or in office? Who does the government work for?

Who said she must issue the license or resign? Fiorina.

There is a clear political solution. Congress has the power to control the jurisdiction of the Federal District Courts, and the Appellate jurisdiction of the Supreme Court. Almost all of the most egregious activist decisions since FDR got control of the Federal Courts could have been prevented by simple acts of Congress addressing those jurisdictional questions.

Bobbys position opens up our government for Muslims to only enforce sharia-compliant lawsnot acceptable. And comes out in support of that Muslim flight attendant who is getting fired for refusing to serve alcohol.
