An overwhelmed State Department officially asked late Wednesday that the 17 judges pursuing former secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton’s emails be shunted aside in favor of a single judge who will oversee the government’s searches and releases. In a filing with the federal district court in Washington, the Obama administration admitted the request was unusual because the cases involve a wide range of documents on unrelated subjects, but said the process is no longer “orderly” and there needs to be a single case where they can make their arguments. “Different judges are being asked to impose a variety of search regimes, resulting

Not enough bagmen to carry that many bags of cash. One judge, one payout. More efficient that way. The Clinton Way. Similar to Carlito’s Way.

This is unbelievably transparent!

It’s much easier to intimidate one judge.
It’s much less expensive to bribe one judge.
It’s less time consuming to blackmail one judge.

They will audit and/or murder one Judge who goes
against them.
It will be harder with 17.

When is Congress going to offer a $1 million reward for the contents of Hillary’s illegal server? If we can give $150 BILLION to Iran for them to use on terrorism activities and nukes, they can surely spend a measly $1 million to bust her arse.

Seventeen also will want equal payoffs, leading to a bidding war for judges to bribe!

Yeah, and with 17 judges, chances are around half are Republican appointed.

With one judge, it will be guaranteed a Clinton or Obama appointee.

This may be less about shopping judges and just a matter of paying attention to an old Mark Twain adage: “Always tell the truth and you won’t have to remember anything.”

When you have no possibility of keeping your client out of legal jeopardy without lying, then working with one judge will greatly enhance your ability to spin a believable web of lies.

I'm sure the Washington Post and NYT will be strongly against this, because the Separation of Powers is so important to them.
