Republican presidential front-runner Donald Trump will likely rule out a third-party bid for the White House on Thursday, CNN reported late Wednesday night.
Trump will meet with Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus in New York City on Thursday, a day after the RNC began asking Republican candidates to sign a pledge to support the eventual GOP nominee and not run an Independent bid.
CNN, citing unnamed sources, says all signs indicate Trump will sign the pledge, but cautioned that Trumps unpredictable history means nothing is guaranteed yet.
The RNCs pledge is thought to be largely aimed at Trump, who has refused to rule out an Independent run if he loses the GOP nomination race.

My hope is that Trump will destroy those in the GOPe who have been bought and no longer represent the people. I hope there isn’t even the smoldering ashes left when this is over. This pledge aside, it seems to me he has the best chance to do this running as a Republican.
I had a dream just last night that I watched a TV show and Trump went into Rancid Pubes office and said: “You’re fired!” I’m hoping Karl Rove gets fired in Episode 2 tonight.
If you kick butt your first term, i’d say, go third party when you run for your second term.
Ask others in state and local offices to join you. :)
Don’t do it Donald it’s a trap! It is outrageous that the hated GOPe demands a pledge of loyalty to the hated GOPe. Somebody get a rope.
The window to run as an independent is over in November because of Texas so it doesn’t matter much.
If Donald agrees to this it will be on his terms with plenty of room to change his mind when the GOPe fail to play fair. Don’t forget Donald wrote ‘The Art of the Deal’. He knows what he’s doing and he’s dealing with politicians...some of the dumbest people on earth.
The ONLY people asking this stupid question over and over and over are the idiot libtard media
My thoughts exactly, however:
1. Trump has not denied it (as of yet) and
2. A lot of FReepers bought into it, took it and ran with it. Even if it’s not true, the damage is already done. Trump needs to address this.
No questions if Bernie will run 3rd party hmmm
