Very revealing with Bush calling someone a “phony conservative”....as if he is a conservative.
Perhaps Trump is such a fake conservative that even a phony conservative like Bush can credibly call Trump a phony conservative.

It's funny. Bush started his campaign ... when he thought he was inevitable ... by announcing he would give the finger to conservatives because he's the adult who will take on big issues and besides he doesn't need those regressive troglodyes anyway. He said he was willing to lose primaries if he had to; his position on things like immigration and common core were that important to him. Of course that was when he thought he would get the nomination no matter what so he was unencumbered by a need to pretend to be a conservative, which is every GOPe elitists dream.
Now all of a sudden he keeps trying to convince everyone he's one of the unwashed bumpkins he disavowed earlier. Sorry Jeb, not interested.
