However, homosexuality has become a banned category for discrimination in re. of the sex of the person you want to marry, due to Anthony “Rainbow Warrior” Kennedy’s ruling. Race, creed, and religion are also banned categories for discrimination in various civil rights laws

Article 6 us Constitution says there is to be no religious test for public service.
