A Sheriff in Texas has blamed "dangerous rhetoric" against police by anti-racism activists for the execution-style killing of one of his officers. Darren Goforth, 47, a white sheriff's deputy, was shot in the back of the head as he filled up his patrol car at a petrol station in a middle class suburb of Houston on Friday night.

There has been rioting and looting in the wake of the whole #BLM movement. It is far from peaceful, and it is built on the foundation of the “hands up, don’t shoot” lie regarding officer Darren Wilson’s interaction with criminal Michael Brown in Ferguson. The Grand Jury report indicates these words were never spoken, and that Brown was bum-rushing Wilson.
I don’t see a group that is built on a lie, associated with rioting and looting, and attempting to give blacks a pass for antisocial behavior, as “peaceful.” But maybe that’s just me.
Black Lives Matter? To who, certainly not to the blacks since they do most of the killing. Total hypocrites. Nothing matters to them except protesting and getting a new TV.
But has anyone noticed that when Mr. Trump comes to town, movements such as “BLM” stay away? They had learned from what happened last week to one Mr. Ramos.
Smack the dog's nose, they jump back surprised. But after a moment, they come at you again.
This is what's happening with the Blackracist Lives Matter contingent. They're looking for more aggressive operatives, and they'll move when they have them.
Look for Mr. Trump to do a 21st century version of Mr. Reagan: “I paid for this mike.” remember?
I doubt they will get that aggressive.

They shouted in unison, “Pigs in a blanket, fry ’em like bacon” — an obvious anti-police chant clearly calling for violence against law enforcement officers. Yet a leader of the Black Lives Matter (BLM) protest march in Minnesota over the weekend claimed there was nothing threatening about the action by the BLM activists whose disruption of the Minnesota State Fair caused cancellation of some events.
As WCCO-TV reported on Saturday, the march and anti-cop rhetoric upset rank and file officers on the St. Paul police department, many of whom actually provided escort and security for the marchers. A spokesman for the officers called the action of the BLM protesters “disgusting,” saying it created a dangerous atmosphere for law enforcement personnel.
