As his poll numbers steadily keep him in a comfortable first place in the crowded GOP field, and he packs stadiums—receiving raucous applause in Alabama and along the Mexican border—his fiery and divisive rhetoric has taken on a new meaning. His positions have now become the focal point of the GOP field and all candidates must respond to Trump before they can proceed.
What he and his supporters say can no longer be considered a joke. During his rally in Mobile, Alabama screams of “white power” could be heard from the audience. And last week, two white ex-cons from Boston beat up a homeless Hispanic man, and upon their arrest they told the police, “Donald Trump was right, all these illegals need to be deported.”

And not only that, a car in front of me with a “Make America Great Again” did a rolling stop for the stop sign in front of me. Clearly Trump is a scumbag.

The Left is getting absolutely hysterical at the thought of a Trump presidency .... all the more reason to think Trump is hitting the "target(s)" dead on. I dare say a lot of ILLEGALS would self-deport if President Trump is ever inaugurated - they always have that choice instead of being 'rounded up'. Frankly, I have no soft spot, no sympathy for those in this country illegally. Truly legal immigrants who go through the system & want to be AMERICANS (not those allowed to stay by Obama EO, etc.) - no problem.
The left and right powers that be are literally sweating the nuts. Someone has finally came along and unleashed the Silent Majority. No more tippy-toeing, no more ass kissing. We have been silent for far too long. No one has been willing to listen to us for fear of backlash from every minority on the planet. I personally don’t care what your religion is, as long as it means no harm to me or my family. You will be judged one day and it will not be by me. I don’t care what your sexual orientation is, as long as it doesn’t involve kids and my pets. I am not a conservative, I am a Republican. There is a difference.

This observation is spot on. A random act of journalism. That’s exactly what we feel like and the more they (the dems, the media, the GOPe, the liberals) discount our feeling that way, the more Trump will rise in the polls.
From the writer’s photo and youthful appearance, I’m going to (take a lefty header and) assume that all his life he’s been given `participation trophies’ as well as been told, whenever he presented his work (as it is),

Lets get this straight. If we round up and remove illegal immigrants we encourage lawlessness and anarchy. But, if we allow them to continue to break the law, we do not.

True, and I wish those people would find someone else to support. But the press is making hay with this, and discrediting a few of these would go a long way to blunt the meme.
It may be small consolation but Trump will never be president. He might get the GOP nomination. If he does he will lose, I believe very badly, in the general election. We are driving off a political cliff.
FWIW and repeating what I have said for months, I will not vote for the man under any circumstances.
