Most that I’ve seen are staffed by mostly hispanics who barely speak English.
Not a fan of mex food anyway.
No more so than anyplace else. In the modern food world most employees are hispanic, regardless of the nationality of the food.
I like Mexican food a lot. Especially washed down with a couple of margaritas made with agave tequila and top shelf liqueur. The spicier the better. Chain restaurants tend to be bland because average Americans don’t like spices. I like it hot, hot hot. I guess it depends on where you get it.
