Donald Trump, who has repeatedly accused China of stealing manufacturing jobs from the U.S., acknowledged today that an array of Trump-branded clothes, accessories and other products are made in China.
The real estate and casino mogul, who is considering a run for the Republican presidential nomination, blamed China for the fact that Trump ties, Trump cufflinks and even Trump teddy bears come with a "Made in China" label.
"The answer is very simple: Because of the fact that China so manipulates their currency it makes it almost impossible for American companies to compete," Trump told ABC News. But visitors to the Trump Store in the lobby of the Trump Tower on Fifth Avenue in New York City, or to the displays of Trump clothing at Macy's in New York's Herald Square, would be hard-pressed to find much labeled "Made in the U.S.A." Among the few items made in the U.S.A.: Trump chocolate bars, books, teas and Christmas tree ornaments, priced at $15 each.

You’ve convinced me that Trump would not be capable of negotiating the best deals, with available options. His pulling his line from Macy’s really caused him to take a big hit in sales of said ties.

This is why companies manufacture in China. Even a CHOCOLATE bar made in America is expensive.
Trump will make it affordable to manufacture in US, and you will see a shift in price of American made products, as well as an improvement in quality.
Trump has openly talked about his ties, which were sold at Macy’s, as having been made in China. He isn’t hiding these facts, he doesn’t like it either.
I don’t expect anyone to change their vote because of this and truly don’t understand people’s support they through behind trump. I hoped for a true conservative to get the presidential nomination the last 2 times, and we got two progressives Romney and McCain. Now we have a celebrity who is still a Progressive, and everybody swoons, I truly don’t get it.
He invites Hillary to his wedding. He says he he could because he basically bought her. But I can tell you for certain a true conservative would not invite Hillary to their Wedding bought or not. I could go on, and I hope I am wrong here if he gets the nomination.

It doesn’t matter who is a “true” conservative. It matters who can get #$%& done. Jeb, Carson, and Cruz will not and cannot get anything done.
But he gets to say how he is all for American workers and keeping jobs in America when he doesn’t support it now? He is the monorail salesman from the Simpsons.
If someone plays with the rules for bankruptcy laws and says they are only using what they have, then that opens the door for welfare queens to say the same thing and milk the system.
How then can you go after the latter if you don’t go after both for doing this?
Will he call for tariffs/taxes on his stuff coming in like for automobiles coming in?

If autos get tariffed/taxed, then it’s hurrah! If Trump were to say nothing about hammering his own stuff from anywhere coming in or from Mexico like Beck talked about, the Trump Mania people will divert, deflect and distract.
