Doesn’t birthright citizenship become less of an issue once people can’t come into the US to have children? Once the deluge ends, then change the law.

This is a great point, and to answer your question, yes it becomes less of an issue.YES, stopping the deluge should be all we concern ourselves with now - but also YES, changing the law would discourage a lot of illegals from coming.

For years I've been a "stop the bleeding first, then we can worry about the details" kind of guy on this issue.
