Republican Donald Trump is pulling away from the pack in the race for the party's U.S. presidential nomination, widening his lead over his closest rivals in the past week, a Reuters/Ipsos poll showed on Friday.

32 percent, up from 24.
At 32% now, with Little Jebbie still halfway as much, 16%
Anybody heard how Trump’s fund raising is going?
I know he doesn’t “need” it but he does have a site for donations. Just curious about how many people are donating.

Even more significant, Trump's massive support is fueled by a belief that he can give us the leadership we have been lacking on a number of fronts.
The Obama legacy is DOA.The WH ding-a-ling's hopey-changey flops; his incompetence; his visceral I-hate-America that imbued his every move....... 8 forgettable years of Obama's are thankfully at a close.
================================================
Let's not forget the 8 dismal years of the phony Clintons.
Interesting.
In a two way race, Trump beats Bush 44% to 29%.
The pundits were wrong again. What a big surprise.
I wonder if some of the lower tier candidates drop out, if their supporters will go to Jeb the moderate/liberal? I’d love to see Trump and Bush in a debate. Bush will stutter and stammer and Trump will eat his breakfast, lunch and dinner.
He also exudes manliness. Oh fresh air.
Trump is unelectable! Lol
Do you think that at some point Trump should hire an independent pollster? They do internal polling, but that has been so flawed - Romney’s internal polls were so far off track, it wasn’t funny.
Tomorrows headline:
HAS TRUMP PEAKED???
I watched Meet the Press and one of the pundits said that Jeb Bush was the front runner simply because Trump had no chance of winning the nomination and he was second to Trump. I am not exaggerating.
Meet the Press had some George W Bush advisors on the program, and that explained the problem with G W Bush.
One of the advisors, an Hispanic with an accent (Agular), said that Hispanics were the ones who would determine the next president, and it would not be Trump since Hispanics don’t, he maintains, like Trump.
Charlie Black, another Bush advisor, said that Trump represented the nativist part of the Republican party and American don’t like nativism. Nativism is racist, of course. Americans, he evidently believes, prefer any other culture so long as it is not American. It would be absurd to think that Americans prefer their own culture, or country, when the Mexican country and culture have so much more to offer.
Charlie Black was also a McCain adviser, was fired by Ronald Reagan once, I suppose, for incompetence. He is a Southerner, and has probably lived his entire miserable career trying to prove he has “progressed”. As a Southerner myself, I have noticed that you need to be careful around Southerners who have “progressed” beyond their Southern roots. They have a tendency to over-correct and end up in the ditch.
Yep, he’ll need an independent pollster later on so he can decide where he needs to campaign. The major candidates usually have a tracking poll with daily updates for the battleground states.
Everyone knows Trumps is going to pull out and hand the race over to Hillary.;-)
I purchased a t-shirt from his site.
It treated the transaction as a political donation.
I have no clue about the numbers, though.
Funny, I don’t hear/read about the ‘bombastic’ Donald Trump much anymore.
Or that he’s a clown.
Or not a serious candidate.
Or he’ll soon fade away and such-and-such will fill the void.
The RNC/GOPe and the Establishment’s right arm FOX news tried to take him out early in the game. But it backfired. Big time.
