The US Constitution nowhere has the word DEMOCRACY or any version of the word in IT... ANYWHERE..
True.. Canada, UK are democracys.. but they are primitive political systems..

I heard the interview and love Steyn but have always thought Hewitt was a little bit of a dim bulb at times.
It really bugs me that they do the Goebbels thing and keep repeating lies——that we are a Democracy like that thing in the White House continues to do. It is like repeating the words “homosexual marriage” to make something so absurd it becomes the truth—just because it is repeated for decades so that the children will embed the concept.
