If it was a VM on a corporate or provider network, it’s backed up somewhere and likely recoverable. If that’s the case, Hillary’s gonna be screwed. They can “reformat” their VM all they want, but the backups will still be recoverable.
They will lie about the smallest things. Really. HOW can Dems be trusted with ANYTHING.
The fact that a deceitful, scheming liar like her is still a candidate for president show’s how little regard liberals have for honesty and competence. All that matters to them is the expansion of government, more federal largesse, and lowering the moral standards in this country.
How do we know Hillary didn’t tell them to let’em have it know full well she had some professional already scrub it clean. The thumb drive with pst files was also probably already “cleaned” of what she wanted to hide. The only way the Federal Bureau of Idiots will get what they should have is to search her home(s). No doubt she has and is hiding something. If it wasn’t for Guccifer being in jail, we’d prolly know already.
RARESTIA has Hit the Nail on the Head.. A three point shot from outside the circle. Clueless MSM people will be scratching their heads. IT IS RETRIEVABLE folks, and the turkey is going to dance on a hot griddle. Should be more fun than the SUPERBOWL.
Hillary should have known after the blue polka dot dress, that she should have come clean, and not wait for the DNA evidence to show up. Some people are slow learners.
I figure to FBI to be as complicit in fleecing the American people of justice as are Congress, the IRS and the DOJ. Much as I would like to see it happen, I do not expect any prosecutions to go forward.
I don’t think freepers should get their hopes up on any of this. She’s not going to jail over this. She’s not even going to be charged with a crime. At best some sacrificial hireling will be tossed under the boss. But Washington is so far left at all levels that there’s no way Mrs. Clinton will get in trouble. It’s why she’s not worried about it.
Boian is a crisis mananagement PR guy hired to do damage control who has a long history of political activity...including Bill Clinton’s transition team.
“The role of Platte River Networks was to upgrade, secure and manage the e-mail server for BOTH the Clintons and their staff beginning June 2013. Platte River Networks is not under investigation. We were never under investigation. And we will fully comply with the FBI,” he said.
Uh, Bill do you have a comment...Bill?...Bill?... c’mon we know you’re out there somewhere.
Everything will come out, one day after the statute of limitations runs out.
Just as happened with the documents in Hillary's closet back in early 1996.
So is it on any servers or devices under the control of someone else "now"? She was very precise with her wording and if she wasn't asked directly...you know how lawyers are.
C) None of the above
Standard practice is to have several dated versions of backups. Hopefully the FBI got those too.
Has anyone seen anything about:
1. When the Hillary Server was scrubbed of it’s data?
2. Who gave the order to scrub it?
and ...
3. Anyone in the press actually asking either of these questions.
I’ve seen nothing. Is this just a path we are forbidden to investigate.
If Platte River knew there was classified govt docs on the server, then they were breaking the law.
That's true but I'm sure they were told that this was unclassified data only. And that's assuming the subject ever came up.
But I'm still amazed at how little interest there seems to be about the WHEN it was scrubbed and the WHO ordered it scrubbed.
It seems to me a near certainty that the date of the scrubbing and instructions relative to backups would line up with some important investigative event.
Then the new PR manager attempted to walk that back. There’s more truth in the attorney’s statement, IMHO.
Last week, an attorney for the company said the server was blank when it was turned over to the FBI. Attorney Barbara Wells also said that at one point, data from the server was migrated to another server for the purpose of making the transition to Platte River.
But Boian, the public relations manager, said he could no longer be confident that Wellss information about the server being blank had been accurate.
He added: I dont have any information that the server was wiped. Nor do I have any information to suggest it wasnt. ... The information I have for sure is that the server itself, when it migrated from Chappaqua to the data center, it was installed at the data center and left alone.
