second link works, just answer one stupid survey question. excerpt

“FRANKFORT, Ky. – In a high-profile report issued in 2010, then-state Auditor Crit Luallen rebuked Passport Health Plan for wasteful spending of Medicaid funds on things like lobbying, travel, public relations, donations and sponsorships.

Gov. Steve Beshear was “surprised and disappointed” with the findings and called on the Louisville-based Medicaid contractor to immediately “cease spending a single taxpayer dollar that is not absolutely necessary to provide quality health care services to Medicaid-eligible recipients.”

But in May of this year — at Beshear’s request — Passport made a $25,000 contribution to the Democratic Governors Association, an organization which already this year has given $600,000 to a Democratic super PAC supporting the election of Attorney General Jack Conway as governor.”

Wow.... That’s pretty blatant.

I can’t believe the story appeared in the Crap-Journal.
