Clinton Lawyer Says Her Email Server Was Wiped Clean By STEPHEN BRAUN
WASHINGTON — Hillary Rodham Clinton's personal lawyer has told a Senate committee that emails and all other data stored on her computer server were erased before the device was turned over to federal authorities.
In a letter sent last week to Sen. Ron Johnson, the chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, attorney David Kendall said the server was transferred to the FBI on Aug. 12 by Platte River Networks, a Denver firm hired by Clinton to oversee the device. The Senate committee made Kendall's letter public on Tuesday. In exchanges with reporters earlier this week, Clinton said she was not aware if the data on her server was erased.
Federal investigators, prompted by a request from the inspector general for the State Department, requested custody of the server to learn whether the data stored on it was secure. NBC News has reported that an FBI team is now examining the server. Forensics experts told The Associated Press this week that some emails and other data may still be extracted from servers even after they are supposedly expunged.

Law firm representing Hillary has ties to State Dept.

An attorney who worked for the same firm representing Hillary Clinton in the legal battle over her private emails now oversees the State Department’s handling of those same emails.
Catherine Duval, formerly of Williams & Connolly, departed the Internal Revenue Service last year for the State Department, where she assumed responsibility for the release of Clinton’s emails and for the agency’s production of documents to the House Select Committee on Benghazi.
Rep. Jim Jordan, a member of both the select committee and the Oversight and Government Reform Committee, said he sees similarities between the IRS investigation and the Benghazi investigation.
“It’s interesting that Kate Duval was at Williams & Connolly, and then went to the IRS, and when she was at the IRS, she was the chief counsel when the 422 backup tapes were destroyed,” Jordan told the Washington Examiner, referring to Duval’s involvement in an investigation into IRS targeting of conservatives.
They figure destruction of evidence and obstruction of justice are much milder crimes than selling national classified information to our country’s enemies.

I am not following this story or else I have missed something. I was under the impression that she had a server at her HOME. And that Platte River was given admin of her EMAIL domain much later in the timeline. So would her emails from 2009-2011 be on that server? They would be if they were transferred there. But nobody ever said they were. What we know is the Emails that the Congress is looking for were at one time on a server at her home. Where is that specific server and those specific hard drives?
Where are the Benghazi Emails? Did everything that went down during the hours of the Benghazi attack happen and the SOS sent NO communication about it at all? How come Sid Blumenthal has Emails from HRC but yet Clinton has never turned those over?
It appears that nobody seems interested it the question of WHEN the server was scrubbed. It could be:
The day before the FBI picked it up.
While Hillary was still Secretary of State.
Anytime in between.
The lack of curiosity relative to the timing of the scrub and the question of WHO ordered it is simply amazing. Nether subject ever seems to come up in the reporting.
David Kendall, John Podesta and James Carville, all out in the media spinning the latest Clinton scandal and stonewalling criminal investigations of the Clintons. It almost makes me feel like I’m back in the 90s . . . . only we are about $10 trillion more in debt.

But some time ago Hillary said WE went through my emails and deleted my personal emails,I can do that they are mine,well I thought she didn’t know what wipe meant.Her lawyer Kendall says her drive was wiped,who told him to wipe it?could not have been Hillary she doesn’t know what it means.
