Bush tried to surrender full and complete operations of a few US ports to the Arabs and he also tried to create a Mexican sovereign territory port in Kansas City in order to accommodate his sought after super highway from Mexico City. He failed at both because Americans said HELL NO. So the establishment put obozo in the WH and told him to ignore our southern border and allow (encourage) a new and continuous invasion from the south.
