The description news reports seem to suggest that, if released indoors, it is of gas-chamber level.

Tons of sodium cyanide as onsite. Get it wet and acidic and you have cyanide gas. Sufficient to wipe out part of a city. It was stocked at an industrial scale for industrial operations.
