Thailand has a domestic jihad going on in the far south of the country bordering Malaysia where Muslim live. This bombing is probably related to that.
It is also the signature of other groups too.
If you have decided that you know who has done this then fair enough, if however you actually want to understand a complicated situation in a foreign country then you need to approach issues with a more open mind.
It might well be the jihadis are behind this. I certainly wouldn’t rule it out, but given that similar pipe bombs that exploded in a nearby shopping mall earlier this year have been linked to sources other than Islamists then anyone with a modicum of intelligence would realise that this attack might just be linked.
You seem to know what has happened and who is behind it, long before the police on the ground, you know the people who actually investigate crimes in that country, have come to a conclusion.

It might well be, it is an obvious point of examination.
However, the Islamists are not the only source of political violence and instability in Thailand and it is reasonable to check out other sinister characters.
Thailand is not the sweet, innocent “Land of Smiles” that many western tourists think it is.
Yeah, I know about the long running political crisis, I travel to the region regularly. The thing is, the non-Muslim Thai people would never bomb a Buddhist temple or kill foreigners in a dispute among themselves. Only Muslims would do something like this. And the Thais are getting pissed.

Another attack, have not heard of injuries in attack this morning yet.
I had work acquaintances who were Thai Buddhists. nice folks....unfortunately they are peaceful to a fault. I fear they will die rather than self protect.
Did this happen on MSM TV, or just get remarked upon?
