Yes most would qualify.. but if restrictions are enforced as they are supposed to be a lot of Americans black and white would be denied entry to America.

They are refugees from the utter, near-total devastion and persecution enforced agains them by Lyndon Baines Johnson and his War on Poverty (and the black family).

Suppose a client walked into my office and told me that police officers in his country had choked a man to death over a petty crime.(he died of heart failure and was never in a chokehold)Suppose he said police fatally shot another man in the back as he ran away (a repeat criminal with something like 60 arrests to his "credit"). That they arrested a woman during a traffic stop and placed her in jail, where she died three days later (by means of suicide). That a 12-year-old boy in his country was shot and killed by the police as he played in the park (appearing to be ready to shoot at police with what appeared to be a firearm).
