And great backup it is! Go back and concentrate on watching the sister on the right only. She's hilarious. Her comic timing is impeccable. Her expressions, her utterances, even picking up her emery board and filing her nails, are perfectly in sync with the points being made by the talking sister.

These ladies are a perfect counter-point to the often mind-numbing, sometimes contentious, frequently boring/repetitious political discourse flooding our TV screens day and night.

Like the beginnings of soul music that originated in the black church — Aretha Franklin and others — their "call and repeat" style originated in the black church for lenghty prayers involving the whole congregaton repeating the last words said by a leader. Amazing how they have used the simple things at their disposal to create such sensational messaging!
