August 14, 2015 ISIS Leader Repeatedly Raped American Hostage, U.S. Finds

WASHINGTON -- American hostage Kayla Mueller was repeatedly forced to have sex with Abu Bakr Baghdadi, the leader of the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS), U.S. intelligence officials told her family in June.

"They told us that he married her, and we all understand what that means," Carl Mueller, Kayla's father, told The Associated Press on Friday, which would have been his daughter's 27th birthday. Her death was reported in February.

Her mother, Marsha Mueller, added, "Kayla did not marry this man. He took her to his room and he abused her and she came back crying."

The news is but the latest in a litany of horrors perpetrated by ISIS, which has beheaded, burned and crucified male captives while passing around women as sex slaves.

Mueller was held for a time by ISIS financier Abu Sayyaf and his wife, known as Umm Sayyaf. Al-Baghdadi took Mueller as a "wife," repeatedly raping her when he visited, according to a Yazidi teenager who was held with Mueller and escaped in October 2014.

The 14-year-old made her way to Iraqi Kurdistan, where she talked to U.S. commandos in November 2014. Intelligence agencies corroborated her account and American officials passed it on to her parents in June.

Kerry must have an excuse in the works. Is his staff still busy scripting it?

“[Would Not Have Happened Under Reagan!]”

Tell that to the Marines who died in Lebannon under Reagan’s watch.

Tell that to the Marines who died in Lebannon under Reagan’s watch. ........................................ I don’t remember Reagan apologizing to the Syrians for it or blaming it on a video? He did eventually send them a heavy bombardment of naval gun fire. (And who do we know who operates the guns on the ships?)

The naval gun fire hit empty hillsides. Never was intended to hit any people or jihadists. An empty gesture.

Never liked Reagan as he was instrumental in destroying the US tuna fleet as well as cod fisheries on both coasts, while various minion took action against the US salmon fisheries. And cost me a skipper’s job on a new tuna boat which was never built as a result. You can keep him, Nixon, and Clinton - all took down US fisheries through direct action and litigation.

And cost me a skipper’s job on a new tuna boat which was never built as a result. ............................. A USMC Friend of mine moved to FLA. and bought a Charter Boat. Maybe that would have saved you? Fishing restrictions were put in place to stop over fishing. During the late 70’s and 80’s all the fish we caught in the N/E were shorts and scarce. Now I’m getting reports that sound like its the 50’s again. We use to blame the Russians for it. Our area commercial boats were small draggers back then. Our party boat fleet was devastated because of the regulations and the vanishing of the fish schools. Good times aren’t a forever thing.

You have no idea what you are talking about -— there is NO SUCH thing as “overfishing”. That is NMFS lefty propaganda invented as a snappy catch phrase.

Charter boats on the West Coast thought they were the cat’s meow, but went down anyway.

NMFS deliberately created bad fisheries regualtions based on phoney science to take out the East coast, while court cases, including SCOTUS, took out the West Coast.

All was lost by 1979 with
WASHINGTON v. FISHING VESSEL ASSN., 443 U.S. 658 (1979) , but things coasted on for a decade or more before crashing.

Our draggers began at 80 feet and went up from there.
