Republican members of the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology wrote to Environmental Protection Agency administrator Gina McCarthy and called her testimony at a hearing in July “false and misleading.”

On July 9, McCarthy testified to the House Committee on the transparency of the EPA’s regulatory agenda. Members of the committee asked McCarthy about the “secret science” that goes in to justifying EPA regulations because they want to ensure the data is available to the American people.

There isn’t one, but Trump (D-NY) is tricking a whole lot of conservatives.

Trump (D-NY) says a lot of things that will never happen. He’s all talk.

Think about it. Being a conservative isn’t words, but actions.

Trump could have given the Minutemen $1 million to bring the border to attention. Nothing.

He could have given CMP a $1 million to help them end abortion. Nothing.

Did he donate to fight SSM? No.

At best he’s a RINO, but the reality is he’s a Trojan Horse. Don’t let him in.

“Trump could have given the Minutemen $1 million to bring the border to attention. Nothing. He could have given CMP a $1 million to help them end abortion. Nothing.”

You are a naïve child if you think $1 million would have ended abortion or secured the border and it is all Trump’s fault.

Don’t avoid the question. How many conservative candidates say Hillary belongs in prison besides Trump?

Don’t manipulate my words. You know that a million in O’Keefe’s hands would have gone a long way toward bringing to light the cruelty of abortion. Look what CMP has done on a shoestring.

You also know that a million to the volunteer Minutemen would have allowed them to man the border for months filming illegal crossings, jihadis, rapes, drug deals and murders. Can you imagine the effect of a video of Mexican police or soldiers helping drug traffickers would do to our cause?

What Trump (D-NY) giving nothing proves is that he just talks, but takes no action. He’s a fake, a dangerous fake.

Did you speak up and tell Trump he needed to give millions of dollars? No? So what good are you then?

This “Trump didn’t do what I think he should have done in prior years now that I am thinking about it” is just more childish rantings of pro-eGOP lunatics.

Just out of curiousity, how do you know Trump hasn't given a million to O'Keefe? Do you have some inside knowledge?

“Providing false or misleading testimony to Congress is a serious matter,” the committee wrote. “Witnesses who purposely give false or misleading testimony during a congressional hearing may be subject to criminal liability.”

Oh yea just how serious is it. “criminal liability”? What a
joke. This administration has been lying and breaking the law with
impunity and to date no one has been held accountable.

The roster of fools:

Rep. Lamar Smith (R., Texas), Rep. Frank Lucas (R., Okla.), Rep. Randy Hultgren (R., Ill.), Rep. Bill Posey (R., Fla.), Rep. Jim Bridenstine (R., Okla.), Rep. Randy Weber (R., Texas), Rep. Bill Johnson (R., Ohio), Rep. John Moolenaar (R., Mich.), Rep. Steve Knight (R., Calif.), Rep. Bruce Westerman (R. Ark.), Rep. Gary Palmer (R., Ala.), Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R., Ga.), and Rep. Ralph Lee Abraham (R., La.).

They may talk big but they have a record of spineless cowards.

“Does *anyone* in congress have the balls to actually say the word LIE?”

Congress has no balls. The question is moot. They are Jebs.

the terms “false and misleading” used to mean lies. And if told under oath, perjury. But that was then and this is now.

“Walker/Cruz.”

Me too. I’m just sitting back and enjoying the Trump show
though. He’s throwing a lot of issues in the RINO’s faces
and we are going to see who is who. If Trump is still around
in September of next year, I may be concerned but I don’t
think he’s is a threat to Cruz or Walker. I look at it like
cheering for the little leaguer who slid into first base.
