He says “better infrastructure.” What the hell does that mean?

Walker means build safer ladders...
Now, he wants to decrease legal immigration into the United States.

But what about the illegal aliens ???
I’m concerned about decreasing the number of illegal aliens entering the United Stes...
I’m concerned about DEPORTING the illegal aliens here now...sending them ALL back home...
so Walker attacks immigrants so he can continue to protect his buddies the illegal aliens..
Illegal aliens don’t immigrate...
I guess he also grabs guns from regular people so that the criminals cant shoot anyone...
First of all, and I’ve posted the links to your threads numerous times, Walker said, just two years ago, that his answer to the border issue is to make it so easy for anyone from “Mexico or any other country in the world” who wants to come here to do so legally so easily that they’d never bother to cross illegally.
And I agree, none of the candidates other than goofy Santorum is really good on the issue.
But I have never seen Cruz advocate for citizenship—he’s always, as far as I know, stopped at legalization (which I oppose).
Walker: Finger, meet wind.
Built by illegals or manufactured in Mexico.
He's Jeb without the pedigree.
Ted Cruz:
"....We need to focus where theres agreement: securing the border and improving legal immigration, [Sen. Ted Cruz] said. And once we demonstrate we can secure the borders, I think then we can have a conversation about people who are here illegally.
Cruz added that he tried unsuccessfully to pass an amendment to the bipartisan immigration bill that passed the Senate in 2013 that would have barred undocumented immigrants from receiving citizenship but still allowed them to obtain permits to live and work in America. Its failure, he said, showed Democrats were unwilling to compromise on citizenship at all costs.
Cruzs anecdote again left things open to interpretation. At the time he offered his citizenship amendment, The New York Times described it as Cruz seeking a middle ground between full citizenship and mass deportation in which undocumented immigrants could still work legally in America.
On Wednesday, however, a spokesman for Cruz, Brian Phillips, clarified to msnbc on Twitter that this interpretation was incorrect and Cruz merely offered the amendment as an exercise to prove Democrats obstinacy on citizenship. It was not an endorsement of the work permit component of the bill that his amendment left intact.
Cruzs amendment had nothing to do with that issue, Phillips said.
Cruz offered an unambiguous defense of greater legal immigration, where he boasted that he had offered to expand an annual cap on H1B visas for high-tech workers fivefold in order to attract more talent to the United States...." Ted Cruz tiptoes around immigration at Hispanic business event.
Who is your candidate?
Walker is script reading from the RNC and Chamber of Commerce guidance handbook he carries around in his pocket.
Its called a wall, Scott. Technology is fine and dandy. But we need a wall. Glad Scott is coming on board, at least somewhat, but he needs to study Trump some more. I saw him ogling the Donald at the debate the other night. He didn’t know if he was looking at the future or the past. He needs to figure out the answer to that question, quick, or he’ll lose the next election in Wisconsin.
Without a wall, this country is doomed. Period.
Yeah, sure Walker. You’re a GOPe puppet. No thanks!
The 14th Amendment should’ve had a sunset clause. Since it didn’t, it needs to be repealed.
Actually, Romney did that too.
But here's the rub: he's talking about Citizenship. This doesn't mean he is opposed to giving them legal status. And the idea that you can create a third class of individual with legal status with no pathway to citizenship is ridiculous. Legal status guarantees future citizenship.
Cruz’s “we can have a discussion about illegal aliens within the country after we enforce the border” is also bullshit, the same BS I saw from National Review not too long ago.
What inevitably is going to happen is: “Oh look, it’s impossible to deport 40 million people. What, you Nazi, you want them herded onto cattle cars? No, we will have to give them “legal status.”
That’s why Trump’s plan of 100 percent deportation is the best one. He’s the only one actually talking about deportation, even though he adds— which is not something I really like— that there will be an expedited legal process for the “outstanding” ones to return. But, hey, at least we’re getting them ALL out of the country, THEN having the discussion, eh?
Deportation is the law. A Judge can’t put in an injunction to stop the enforcement of the law.
There are at least six other states that have laws prohibiting instate tuition for illegals. Only 15 states extend instate tuition to illegals to begin with. Wisconsin has never given instate tuition to illegals, so Walker’s action didn’t change anything.
Why? Not that I totally disagree, but, like the 2nd, the 14th isn’t read/enforced in totality.
Much as ‘..shall not be infringed’ is disregarded in the 2nd, ‘...and subject to the jurisdiction thereof...” is likewise.
The problem, as usual, is GOVT. Supposedly, these Ivy League graduates cannot comprehend 18th Century English.
IMO, they should be disbarred (as most are lawyers) for such blatant disregard, dereliction of duty, subversion of their oath of office and malfeasance; and minimally tossed from office.
Perhaps you could explain why the governor of Wisconsin allows sanctuary cities in his state...
Scott Walker ‘s Stance on Immigration...until just before he announced...
2013...”If people want to come here and work hard and benefit, **I don’t care whether they come** from Mexico or Ireland or Germany or Canada or South Africa or anywhere else, “I “...Scott Walker.... interview with the Daily Herald Media Editorial Board of Wisconsin.
The editorial board asked Walker...if he could “envision a world where with the right penalties and waiting periods and meet the requirements where those people could get “citizenship?” ( pathway to citizenship) ....”Sure,” Walker responded. “I mean I think it makes sense.”......”Not only do they need to fix things **for people already here**, or find some way to do it, there’s got to be a larger way to fix the system in the first place,”
March 26, 2015 .....Just before he announced........”Likely GOP presidential candidate says he**** backs allowing illegal aliens becoming eligible for citizenship***

“Fox News Sunday” host Chris Wallace pointed out Walker had also flip-flopped on a right-to-work law in Wisconsin that he said would be a distraction when he ran for reelection.
