After months of denials and delaying actions, Hillary Clinton has decided to turn over her private email server to the Department of Justice. As this controversy has grown since the spring, Clinton and her campaign operatives have repeatedly denied that she had placed classified information in her personal email while serving as Secretary of State during President Obama’s first term. (“I am confident that I never sent nor received any information that was classified at the time it was sent and received,” she said last month.) Her team also denied that she would ever hand over her server to investigators. Now both those assertions have been overturned.

I would like to know why a Federal Judge has not ordered the State Department to search ALL of the state department email accounts for any messages with a Clintonemail.com address?
Every person who used that email account for government business should be brought up on charges.
I’m just a low level schlub at NASA, and we get mandatory yearly training that explicitly states ‘Official Government Business may NOT be conducted on non-government computers.’

In the hope they can avoid prosecution.
Folks, this is not something minor.
Obama would have to preemptively pardon a bunch of folks to keep them from prison.
ONLY Obama can save Hillary, and even if he does not prosecute, the next administration could.

It all depends on how much bad blood there is between the 0vomits and the Klintoons. I would bet they hate each other, but each of them has plenty of dirt to blackmail the other with. So the real questions are:
1. Who has the most to lose if exposed?
2. What are the benefits to keeping each other’s secrets?
3. Are there any “loyal” aides willing to sing for the right price (book deal, 15 minutes of fame)?
4. Are there any aides who are afraid enough of being prosecuted for their part in this that they will rat out the boss in return for immunity?
If we have any patriotic, conservative Americans with the right contacts, they need to play them off each other so they both get stung in a sting operation. We can do our part here at FR by staying on this story and by talking to our friends who may not be so well informed. Talk about it EVERY DAY just like the media do when they try to foist their stories on us.
That would be tantamount to an admission of guilt.
Not that an admission of guilt means anything with 0vomit and his gang in charge.
