There's not much of a case unless they pretty much have a tape recording of a district official on the phone to the printer requesting the picture be removed. Even then, doubt it would be admissible.

Fascinating, to me, is OTHER than today's story drop about the missing picture, there's nothing on the facebook page. So, what, he JUST finally looked at the senior basketball team tribute, months after he got the yearbook????

Not necessarily. The book would have gone to publication before 2 months ago, and there are other reasons they might not have feature photos of every player. Cutting him out of a team photo would be intentional, but editorial decisions on pictures per page, number of pages, etc., and especially in light of the season...winning or losing.

If it is intentional, then it’s both stupid and unhelpful, but it would still be hard to prove intentionality.
