Anything Hillary has on the ValJar/Obama gang, now is the time to release them..... just saying.
Regardless of the specifics - the real question would seem she knew she was going to be Secretary of State - did she not understand that it was inevitable that in that position she would be dealing with classified material potentially every day - she is either incredibly careless or incredibly ignorant - maybe both.....
COS= Cone of Silence
Gross violation of 32 CFR 2001.(E)42
And there is no excuse as agency heads are responsible under this section.
Possible violation under 2001.48
Clear violation of 2001.50
18 USC 798.a.3 and a.4
Whoever... or uses in any manner prejudicial to the safety or interest of the United States ... Any Classified Information... communications intelligence or information obtained by the use of communications intelligent (SI and TK apply) ... shall be fined or imprisoned or both.
The “or” is critical. Mishandling of classified material is a crime. Each document can be charged as a separate count.
Another thing to keep the attention off ISIS blowing people up (literally), and the wannabe Race War the current Admin pushing.
I have no doubt she was selling classified information. The Clinton Foundation took in over $2 billion.
Ya know what's amazing? When I ETS, I was debriefed. I was told at that time that I couldn't say ANYTHING about what I did, who I knew, etc. for 10 YEARS. If I did I was subject to jail time.
Then again, my name is not Clinton.

Hey, what difference does it make, if she got good money for it ?
They are probably over classifying emails from the One to make sure his directives don’t get leaked.
And she’ll face tough penalties, like getting bitched at and having to pay a fine equal to 0.1% of her bank account.
No worries. She’s the head of America’s greatest crime family.
I would have been fired for 1/1,000,000 of what this wicked b1tch did.
In a just world, both Clintons would be doing life in SuperMax.
Don’t hold your breath anything will come of this. From the article:
“The case is more complicated because of Clintons prominence. A former secretary of state, senator and first lady, Clinton has friends and connections throughout the administration and on Capitol Hill.”
What’ll happen is she’ll avoid prosecution, as evidence will be deemed “inconclusive” and that the issue will —like so many before it — fall just below the threshold of criminality.
The cesspool known as the Democratic Underground appears to be somewhat worried —

Answer: The U.S. classification of information system has three classification levels -- Top Secret, Secret, and Confidential -- which are defined in EO 12356.2 Those levels are used both for NSI and atomic energy information (RD and FRD). Section 1.1(a) of EO 12356 states that:
(a) National Security Information (hereinafter "classified information") shall be classified at one of the following three levels:
(1) "Top Secret" shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause exceptionally grave damage to the national security.
(2) "Secret" shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause serious damage to the national security.
(3) "Confidential" shall be applied to information, the unauthorized disclosure of which reasonably could be expected to cause damage to the national security.
