The online poll of 278 self-identified Republicans has a credibility interval of 6.7 percentage points. Yikes! Very small sample. Shaky methodology. Large margin. I really would like to see a few more polls.

With that sample size, the poll is meaningless.
I do believe Trump is still in the lead, because no matter how bad he did, he’s not going to fall that fast. But I believe he’s plateauing. His negatives are way too high for him to ever get over 50%. All the room for growth is with other candidates.
