Like I said. Perpendicular universes.
Yes I heard Trump on Morning Joe. They were really nice to him.
He was on this morning and they treated him very well. He gave good Reaganesque answers about the middle east (bomb them and steal their oil) and trade. Less so on the false assumption that women can’t get ahead in business in America. They also showed that all polls have him still ahead with Jeb dropping further down.
“Well, plenty of conservatives are trashing Fox. Whats his point?”
Bingo. Scarborough is captain obvious.
Thanks for the report.
I haven’t had Faux on since Thursday night.
I get my news here now, and it’s better, faster and with instant analysis that si superior to the talking heads on the unfair and unbalanced network.
That is exactly my take on her. I see this as a romantic REVENGE on her part. Perhaps she made a move on him and he rejected her, probably thought she would be the next Mrs. Trump..........something happened to cause such viciousness on her part and it is not political........jmo
I’m going to laugh when megyn kelley starts losing viewers.
Or Captain Oblivious....
“Fox News posed questions which needed to be answered before deciding, IMO.”
I disagree. Fox needed to ask questions about how on the 70th anniversary of Hiroshima Obama can sign a deal with Iran to give them the ability to destroy Israel. They should have then asked why Hillary won’t respond.
Then they should have asked questions about Keystone and why Hillary wouldn’t respond to that.
Asking about things said or done was the dumbest idea in the history of a news show. They just could have contracted out with MTV’s Real World and done it there. Or maybe host it at the Jersey Shore with the Kardashians as moderators.
Just to clarify, he was on Morning Joe this morning, not Fox. I doubt he’ll go near Fox again. He was once a regular on Fox & Friends. Don’t ****, Fox, where you eat!
I think Joe believes the other candidates, RNC, Boner McConnel etc. Prebus. He must think they are conservative.
Fox News posed questions which needed to be answered before deciding, IMOMy instant response to the hostile questioning was that it was inappropriate.
. . . and, during the debate, I cut FNC some slack on exactly that basis. But on further review, and interaction on FR, my first reaction was the right one. Even FNC doesnt usually get 24 million viewers; that is a record. That is Rush Limbaugh radio program territory - for the obvious reason that, by and large, we were the EIB audience. The reason FNC got the gig from the Republican Party was precisely so the moderators would not - as happened four and eight years ago - try to generate as much heat as possible.Instead of a venue showcasing the virtues of a terrific field of serious candidates, which the Republican primary electorate tuned in 24 million strong to see, FNC produced a format in which no one came out looking particularly good. It was a systematic, intentional betrayal by FNC.
And to the extent that anyone did look good, it was Carly Fiorino and Jeb Bush. And, IMHO and possibly speaking from ignorance here, I venture that Fiorino looked good for the reason she always looks good - she effectively attacks Hillary Clinton. And if Fiorino - the only woman in the field - was the only one to go on offense against Hillary instead of being 100% occupied with dodging spears from Ms. Kelly, I seriously doubt that that was an accident.
Teacher317s analysis of the questions to Bush is convincing, that it in a real sense amounted to softballs from his perspective, well suited to the message he needed to get out. But even at that, no attacks on Hillary from JEB. And, concomitantly, JEB got no poll bounce out of the debate.

They’re playing Jeb like they did Romney...laying low like a coward while the other candidates duke it out....
