NO, your argument is that it was necessary to create EPA because Congress created the law and that EPA was necessary to remedy the agency alphabet bowl of a mess of enforcement. You also argued that EPA is necessary or interpretation and enforcement would be worse.
Don’t go in circles. I know what you wrote.
I have no more time for you or the likes of any politician or bureaucrat. They can’t be reasoned with any more than a rattlesnake.
That whole reasoned with thing is a farce. The bureaucrat has this over a normal person:
1. They cannot be fired and therefore their job performance is not relevant to you.
2. Their real boss is their political sponsor which may be a person, company or industry, not you the ‘client’.
3. Their errors are costless and therefore they have no incentive to change or improve.
4. They operate by force either passive or aggressive.
Americans should be infuriated that some nobody can force them to live how that nobody wants them to. If a private citizen did what government does we’d convict them of extortion, blackmail, assault and battery, theft, criminal conspiracy, etc. Why give them a pass?
