Isn’t this in violation of the EPA laws?

Are they going to fine themselves and pay out billions in court?

I mean, hey, it’s pollution. I certainly don’t want pollution. But the EPA is on the hook for this one.

So, they should pay. Big time.

Well, if they pay anything it’s with taxpayer dollars, or should I say, your, mine and our dollars. The government cannot lose, can it? Unless the EPA is disbanded, all those folks go jobless and certain ones go to jail. Ain’t gonna happen. A couple of low level room temperature IQ and field types will be fired, and that’s probably it. And the millions/billions it will cost to clean up will be paid by you. End of story.

Taxpayers will pay. Big time. This is Superfund territory.

Durango is a tourist town. You go to Durango to ride the train and raft the river. I have done both. Won’t be rafting the Animus anytime soon.
